Shipping policy

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. International orders are shipped via DHL.

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. All packages are trackable.

Delivery times vary and are not guaranteed. Once a package has shipped, Ocean Port is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit. For any shipping issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Please note:

  • Separate orders ship separately and cannot be combined.

  • Additional customs duties or import fees may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not refund shipping costs once a package has been shipped.
