Refund policy

Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Not marked as Final Sale or Made-to-Order, which are not eligible for return

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at hello@oceanport.co within your 14-day window. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable service. Your return must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving return instructions.

Refunds & Restocking

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Original shipping charges, taxes, and duties are non-refundable

Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
